What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
All items are shipped within the continental USA, shipped out within 48 hours of order confirmation. Delivery timeframes are carrier dependant. All items are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be delayed beyond our control, such as postal delays.If you don’t have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
Due to the nature of items sold for sanitary reasons ( including jewelry and personal feminine care items), we do not accept returns. All items have been inspected before shipping. If your item arrives defective or damaged for some reason, please email us directly within seven days of item arrival so we can evaluate how we can make it right. There are are no refunds on any services provided
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at [email protected]. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
