Yoni Steam

The Yoni Steam is a holistic approach to ancient vaginal steaming. Vaginal steaming, commonly referred to as a hip bath, chai-yok, v-steam, or yoni steaming, is a form of hydrotherapy. All-natural herbs such as mugwort, rosemary, wormwood, basil, and many others cleanse the entire reproductive system via the steam vapors. Vaginal steaming cleanses the uterus, release toxins,  treats infertility conditions, re-strengthens and tones the reproductive organs after childbirth, treats symptoms of PMS, increase moistures due to menopause,  regulates the menstrual cycle and has many other benefits. It is not sure exactly where V-steaming originated. Still, the indigenous Africans, ancient Greeks, Mayans, Koreans, and Indonesians were known to practice some form of vaginal cleansing using steam. It has become a craze for women in the Western world and has celebrities raging. Yoni steaming is our most popular and requested service.

When Steaming Is Not Appropriate

If any of the following apply to you, do not undergo a steaming procedure today:

  • You are currently menstruating or spotting. Steaming while bleeding can be dangerous because it accelerates blood flow and can cause heavy bleeding.
  • You are now pregnant. Steaming while pregnant can be dangerous because the steam relaxes and opens the cervix, which could result in miscarriage or early labor. We will not provide steaming services during pregnancy, with no exceptions.
  • You are trying to conceive and have recently been inseminated. Steaming after insemination could interfere with sperm, fertilization, or implantation.
  • You sometimes experience spontaneous heavy bleeding, also known as “two periods per month.” Steaming accelerates blood circulation and opens the cervix, which might cause spontaneous bleeding, which can be dangerous when heavy.
  • You have recently experienced hot flashes. Steaming puts heat into the body and may trigger hot flashes.
  • You have recently miscarried, and the pregnancy matter is still inside you. Steaming under these circumstances can lead to dangerously heavy bleeding.
  • Have an intrauterine device (IUD). There is a risk of the IUD may become damaged or displaced during steaming.
